Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the product by the shipping carrier.

By submitting photographs, text, artwork, logos, designs, or other content for customization, customers represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use such materials. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Memory Marker LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of submitted content. All website content, product designs, branding, logos, images, and related intellectual property remain the property of The Memory Marker LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Products purchased from The Memory Marker LLC are intended for use by the original purchaser and are not authorized for reproduction or resale without prior written consent. Unauthorized duplication, marketing, or commercial resale of our products, designs, or custom creations is strictly prohibited.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all details before purchasing.
The Memory Marker LLC is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied information or in designs that have been approved prior to production. Upon delivery, customers should inspect all products promptly. Report claims involving shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or production errors within seven (7) days of receipt; they may require photographic documentation.
If a claim is approved, The Memory Marker LLC may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or remake the affected product. Replacement remedies are limited to the original product purchased and do not include cash refunds or product upgrades.
